The principal
2070 Construction was founded by Eedan Ishak in 2020 and has been focused fully on civil and concrete construction since 2023. Eedan studied finance and business administration at Reichman University in Herzliya, spent his early career in LA tech, and then returned to Atlanta to work in the family construction business before starting 2070.
2070 delivered the post-tensioned concrete shell at VIO Sandy Springs — a luxury condominium with two levels of subterranean parking and three stories of residences — as the concrete subcontractor working alongside the general contractor, including a technical shoring job for the below-grade levels on a tight half-acre site. That structural concrete capability is what sets 2070 apart from site contractors who stop at pad ready.
How we work
Every project is run by the principal. The developer's owner or executive works directly with Eedan on scope and schedule. When the day-to-day relationship is with a project manager, the PM has direct access to Eedan without any internal escalation layer at 2070. There is no estimator translating to a PM translating to a superintendent.
2070 self-performs the full horizontal scope — land development permits, demolition, clearing, grading, utilities, stormwater, retaining walls, and paving — plus foundations and structural concrete. The crew is lean by design: a small in-house team plus partnerships with larger crews for scope that requires them. The NASCLA general contractor license is what makes the scope continuity enforceable: permits pulled in 2070's name, cross-trade work self-performed where it is efficient.
