What we delivered
VIO Sandy Springs is an 18-residence luxury condominium development in the City Springs District. 2070 Construction was brought in by the general contractor, ICC, LC, to deliver the post-tensioned concrete shell, working in tandem with the GC: two levels of subterranean parking and three stories of condominiums.
The site is only half an acre, which left no room to slope or bench the excavation for the below-grade levels. 2070 executed a technical shoring job to build the two subterranean parking levels within that constraint, then carried the post-tensioned structure up through the condominium floors. It is the clearest demonstration of the structural and vertical concrete 2070 self-performs beyond pad-ready sitework.
